We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Every rug is custom-made and crafted to order, so all sales are final. Please double-check your choices (size, design, etc.) before placing your order. If you believe your product arrived damaged or incorrect, reach out and we’ll make it right.

Slots for custom rugs are limited, and pricing may vary based on complexity, size, and materials.

We currently only ship to addresses within the USA.
